Every stitch is made with love, purpose, and a little piece of my story.

Before Threaded Love

I worked as a Dyslexia Evaluator for Dallas ISD. It was work I cared about deeply — and then I made the choice to take a power pause, step away from my career, and be fully present for my family.

The biggest challenge wasn't the decision itself. It was rebuilding my daily routines and adjusting to changes from one hour to the next.

How it all began

I've always loved creating. As a little girl, I made clothes for my Barbies using just a needle and thread.

I was always curious about having a sewing machine — I wanted to find a hobby I would truly enjoy. The first thing I ever embroidered was a t-shirt with the name of our other family business.

The moment I knew I wanted to turn this into a business was when I started making things for my baby girl.

More than a hobby

Motherhood is beautiful, but it can also feel overwhelming and lonely. Embroidery became so much more than a hobby — it gave me something I didn't realize I had been missing.

It reminded me that I am still creative.
It showed me that I am still capable.
It helped me feel like me again.

Creating became one of the ways I learned to quiet my anxiety and reconnect with myself.

Why I do this

Every order is stitched as if I were making it for someone I love.

I hope that when you open your package, you feel the love, the care, and the attention in every detail.

Motherhood has taught me to take pauses and enjoy as we go, that things take time, and that I am stronger than I ever imagined.

My dream

A bigger workspace, and pieces shipped all over

My dream is for Threaded Love Studio to grow and have a bigger space so I can send our embroidered pieces all over the United States.

More importantly, I hope my story encourages another mom to believe that it's never too late to rediscover a piece of herself.
